To provide the best service for customers, we have established clear terms and
policies for our services.
Our mission is to provide compassionate and dignified
cremation services for pets and their families while having and maintaining organized and
clear procedures.
Timeframe for Services:
For your convenience, we offer daily scheduled pickups.
We understand that this is a difficult time for pet owners,
and we will do our best to accommodate any specific requests or needs.
During this time it is important that your pet is out of direct sunlight and is kept in a cool, dry place.
Payment Policy:
Payment is due at the time of pickup or before. We accept cash and credit/debit cards.

Return of Remains:
Remains are returned to the family within 7-10 days of service completion.
If you have specific requests regarding the return of remains, please contact us in advance. Tracking number will
be provided once the remains have been shipped. Pet Haven Cremation is not responsible for any delays or issues
that may arise during the shipping process.
Due to unforseen circumstances, delays may occur without prior notice.
Accessibility and Safety:
Our staff cannot enter confined spaces such as dog houses, cages, holes, attics,
basements, or other closed or unsafe structures.
Our staff will not perform any exhumations of pet remains.
Pets must be placed in a safe and easily accessible area
(such as the front entrance, garage, or open yard)
prior to our teams arrival.
The area must be free of obstacles, hazards, and aggressive
animals. If our staff determines that conditions are unsafe,
the service may be canceled or rescheduled once proper conditions
are met.
If these conditions are not met, an additional $75 service fee will be applied.
Personal Belongings of Pets:
When pets are cremated, their personal belongings are not included in the cremation process.
If you wish to keep any of these items as personal mementos, please remove them before our staff arrives.
If you have any special items you would like to be included with your pet's remains,
please contact us in advance to discuss options. The items include but are not limited to:
Toys, beds, and other small items
Blankets, sweaters, clothing
Collars, harnesses, tags, leashes
The client acknowledges and accepts full responsibility that the item will not be returned.
Pet Haven Cremations will not issue refunds or provide replacements for any personal belongings left with the pet.
Refund Policy:
Refunds are not issued for services already rendered. If you have concerns about a service, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup to discuss options.
